a. When I imported a .json file exported from Profile Designer, Error 500 popped. ---This will not work currently. Expected in the next version (4-6 weeks) In the future, the system can be put into debug mode by a DevAdmin to get better error information. To do this, go to the Admin Console -> Components -> ThinkIQ System and turn on Debug flag.

b. Where can I go to find more information? --- Continue to compare an exported library to ensure the format is correct & to figure out what I’m missing. In the upcoming improvements to this part of the system, we will have this done in 4-6 weeks!
