If the backfill already has one being processed, it does not allow you to queue up another backfill. Since there is no feedback on how long to expect, this is rather inconvenient. Error message which displays when you try to submit a second backfill: "Please correct the following error(s): Please wait for back-fill request <unique ID here> to complete"
